basements
We have extensive experience to help sequence your basement requirements. Having built several new basements, basements within basements and increased the size and depth of existing basements, we are very aware of some of the technical challenges and how to simply overcome them.
Our skillset covers party wall solutions, AIP applications, sheet piling, kingpost, CFA contiguous and secant piling, capping beams, mega propping, ground and tidal water management, waterproof concrete and membranes, internal drainage systems, Fine Smooth exposed surfaces and ramp heating. Basements including other elements of groundwork and/or RC frame is where we can really bring your projects added value with safe and efficient management of overlapping trades.

Our team have vast knowledge and experience of reinforced concrete frames ranging from Residential Blocks, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Retirement and Extra-care Living, Education, Laboratories, Sea Defence, Nuclear Decommissioning and Sport Stadiums.
Our in-depth understanding how to build reinforced concrete whilst working at height makes us a standout contractor on the south coast.
